K-Bar RV Resort Rates 2024

$52.00 per day plus $5.92 in tax, full hook up.

$312.00 per week plus $35.51 in tax, full hook up.

Monthly:  May 1-Oct 31:         $690.00 per month, plus electric (metered).

Monthly: Nov 1- April 30:       $492.00 per month, plus electric (metered).

$4200.00. Seasonal rates are based on six months occupancy (May 1-Oct 31). Rates includes water, sewer and trash.  Electric usage is metered.  Seasonal residents are those who leave their units on their site all year-round.  Your rent starts the day you place your unit on the lot.

Residents:  $50.00 per month.                Non-Residents:  $55.00 per month.

Refund Policy:
If for any reason you must leave before the end of your reservation the following policies will apply:

  • Daily/Weekly — Once checked-in there will be no refunds
  • Monthly – rate will be recalculated based on weekly/daily rates.
  • Seasonal – Negotiable.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before reservations are entitled to a full refund.

There is a $50 cancelation fee if canceled within 14 days of arrival.

All of the above rates include water and sewer hookups and are based on two people per space.

Electric is based on actual usage, based on monthly meter readings. Monthly meter readings will generally be taken between the 27 and 30th of the month. You will be charged on your actual KW (kilowatt-hour) usage. Our electric provider is APS.

Seasonal residents are those who leave their units on their space year-round. Your rent starts the day you place your unit on the lot.

WiFi:     We have high speed wireless internet service provided by Cable One. WiFi access is available 24/7 in the activities building, kitchen area or the laundry room.

Rates

All of the rates include water and sewer hookups and are based on two people per space. Additional guests will be charged $3.00 per person per night.

Rent is based on 6-month occupancy for Seasonal residents, payable at the beginning of residency.
